Do I need a subscription?
No. You can use Replik pay as you go, with no subscription: you top up your account whenever you want (minimum €15). The Essential and Pro plans are an option to include your replies every month, cancellable at any time on monthly billing, or 10% off with annual billing (one-year commitment).
Does Replik filter negative reviews?
No, never, and on purpose. Our QR codes, links and text messages lead all your customers to the same Google review form, with no question about their satisfaction. Filtering customers is forbidden by Google and, in France, a high-risk practice. A fitting reply to criticism is worth far more: see our commitments.
What happens beyond the reviews included in my plan?
Further replies, and anything not included, are charged at the normal Sun price. Your usage for the month is visible at any time on the Plans page of your account.
What is a Sun?
It is Replik’s credit unit: 1 Sun = €1. Each action (published reply, report, monitoring, audit) uses the number of Suns shown on this page.
How does the bonus work?
Your first top-up is doubled: you pay €15, you receive 30 Suns. After that, each top-up gives +5% Suns for every full €50, up to +50%.
Do my Suns expire?
No, you use them at your own pace. AI visibility audit credits, however, have a validity period, shown on each plan.
What happens if my balance is zero?
Your dashboard and history remain available. Paid actions (replies, reports, monitoring) resume as soon as you top up your account.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, every top-up comes with an invoice you can download from your “My account” area.
Are prices shown including VAT?
Prices are in euros. French VAT (20%) applies to customers based in France; for businesses outside France, VAT treatment is shown on your invoice.
