Everyone sees and does what you decided
In your business, open “Team and access” and invite someone by email, with a role. They accept with their Google account and find the business in their own Replik space. You change their role or remove their access in one click.
- Owner: you, keeping billing and the final say
- Admin: settings and invitations, on top of everything else
- Editor: reply to reviews, publish posts, generate reports
- Viewer: read reviews and reports, without changing anything

Paid actions by your guests are charged to your Sun balance: nobody else has an account to top up. The Team page keeps track of who did what. Your guests never see your billing or your other businesses.

Google listing
Your agency as listing manager, without sharing a password
If you want, an invited admin can also become a manager of your Google listing: tick “Also give access to the Google listing”. Google sends them the official invitation, which they can also accept in one click in Replik. They can edit the listing (hours, photos, replies from Google), but cannot delete it or remove its owners.

How do I invite a colleague or my agency?
In your business, open Team and access and invite the person by email with a role: viewer (read reviews and reports), editor (reply to reviews, publish posts, generate reports) or admin (also settings and invitations). They accept with their Google account.
Who pays for my guests’ actions?
You, the owner: paid actions by your guests are charged to your Sun balance, and every action is logged on the Team page. Your guests never see your billing or your other businesses.
Can my agency also manage my Google listing?
Yes, if you want and if they have the admin role: tick Also give access to the Google listing. They become a manager of the listing, never an owner, without any password being shared. Your Google account must be an owner of the listing. Details in the FAQ.
I am an agency: how do I manage my clients’ reviews?

Does my guest need to activate the listing in their own account?
No, there is no need: reviews would be duplicated and each account would pay for its replies. The invitation is enough; Replik warns the person if they try.
