Who replies to my reviews?
A member of the CKD Agency team, working from the reply drafted by Replik’s AI using your settings and your answers to the “Getting to know you” questionnaire. Every reply is reviewed before it is published.

What about a very negative review?
We let you know before replying when a review raises a specific point (dispute, accusation, information to check). We publish a measured reply, agreed with you if needed.

How do the 500 texts work?
You send us your customer lists (first name and mobile number) from your account. We send a short text with the link to your Google review form. The same number is never asked twice within 90 days, and everyone can reply STOP.

Why the limit of 200 reviews per month?
Beyond 200 new reviews in the month, we pause the texts until the following month: your profile is already getting plenty of reviews, and sending resumes automatically. Replies to reviews remain unlimited.

I have several locations: how does it work?
The service is subscribed per location (one Google profile). For a network, Replik Unlimited may suit you better: let’s talk.
