Terms of use

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Access to the service

Access to the platform is reserved for users with a Google account, who sign in through Google OAuth.

Registration

Registration requires:

• A valid Google account.
• A first credit top-up of at least 15 euros.

Payment and credits

• Credits are purchased through Stripe and are deducted according to their use.
• Credits are valid indefinitely, except if the account is deleted.
• No cash refund is possible.

User obligations

By using our platform, you agree to:

• Comply with the laws in force in France.
• Not use the service for fraudulent or improper purposes.
• Use Replik responsibly and in line with its purpose.

Liability

We do our utmost to ensure that our service runs smoothly. If something goes wrong, you can contact us from your user interface, through our chat assistant, or by emailing hello@replik.app.

Termination and account deletion

Contact us at hello@replik.app.

In the event of a breach of these terms:

• Your account may be deleted without notice.
• Any remaining credits will be lost.
• Legal action may be taken in the event of fraud.

Intellectual property

The content of the website is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or reuse is prohibited.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Toulouse shall have jurisdiction.
