Catch up on reviews

200 unanswered reviews? Sorted this week.

When the backlog builds up, it becomes hard to get started. Replik drafts a reply to every pending review at once, in your tone. You review and approve at your own pace, then Replik publishes everything, one reply after another, at a natural pace.

A backlog of replies is the classic vicious circle.

A mountain to climb

At 2 minutes per reply, 200 reviews take almost 7 hours. So you put it off, and the backlog keeps growing.

A visible signal

Dozens of unanswered reviews make a business look like it does not listen to its customers. Prospects notice.

Criticism left hanging

Unanswered negative reviews keep doing damage, without the business’s side of the story next to them.

All drafted at once

A reply to every review, in a few minutes

You start the catch-up: Replik counts your unanswered Google reviews, shows you the price and drafts every reply in one go. Each one is personalized: it picks up on what the customer says, with your tone, your arguments and your signature.

  • Automatic count of the unanswered reviews on your profile
  • Prior check with Google, so an existing reply is never replaced
  • Personalized replies, never a copied template
  • Negative reviews handled calmly and precisely

You stay in control

Review, adjust, approve: nothing goes out without you

Each review is shown next to its reply. Change a word, ask for a new suggestion, skip a review or approve it. When everything suits you, an “Approve all” button saves even more time.

  • Review and reply side by side
  • Edit, regenerate, skip or approve in one click
  • Approve the whole batch at once
  • Explicit confirmation before anything is published

Natural publishing pace

One reply after another, as if you were posting them yourself

Replik publishes your replies one by one, leaving 10 to 30 seconds between each. You follow the progress live, can pause at any time, and publishing carries on even if you close the page.

  • 10 to 30 seconds between publications
  • Live progress and countdown
  • Pause and resume at any time
  • Each reply published with your recorded consent

Clear price, refunded if not published

0.20 Sun per review, paid upfront, refunded if it is not published

The price is shown before you start: number of reviews × catch-up rate. You pay once, then take your time to review. Every review you skip, or that Google rejects, is credited back when the catch-up is closed.

  • Price shown before you confirm
  • Cheaper than replying one by one
  • Automatic refund for unpublished replies
  • No subscription

Frequently asked questions

How much does the catch-up cost?

0.20 Sun per unanswered review, for example 40 Suns for 200 reviews. The amount is paid when you start; every skipped or unpublished review is refunded automatically. See pricing.

Are the replies published automatically?

No. Nothing is published without your approval: you review and approve each reply (or the whole batch at once), then explicitly confirm the sending. You can pause at any time.

Why space out publications?

Publishing dozens of replies in a few seconds is anything but natural. Replik leaves 10 to 30 seconds between each publication: a pace close to that of a person replying themselves, with progress you can follow live.

What about reviews that already have a reply on Google?

Before showing you the price, Replik re-reads your profile on Google: reviews that already have a reply, even one published outside Replik, are excluded. An existing reply is never replaced.

Is it worth replying to old reviews?

Yes: your replies remain visible to every future customer who reads those reviews, and they show that you take all feedback seriously. For a very old review, a short and sincere reply is enough.

How many reviews are waiting for a reply on your profile?

The free audit analyzes your profile and recent reviews in 30 seconds, no sign-up. The catch-up is then started from your Replik account.
